The NRI reports that the construction of a massive shipyard over sluis van is now being conducted by the Black Vann Consortium. Informers of the NRN have said that this is being done as a challenge to the Mandalorian Revival's recent capturing of the Star Forge in the Maw. No one knows at this point how large the shipyard is. NRN Karn Loj reporting.
